Welcome to Little Wonders Neighborhood!

Good morning! I am so excited about today's blog, I couldn't wait to write this! Jill Caldera, Gattz Gilman, and Kiesa Nicoletti have created the cutest neighborhood on the sim Little Wonders. It has everything you could wish for in a family neighborhood. Those of you that know Jill and Gattz, know that if they are involved with it, it's gonna be awesome and super realistic, and that's exactly what you get in this neighborhood.

This is the street we live on complete with traffic lights, mailboxes, moving vans, for rent signs, sidewalks, and white picket fences around backyard lawns that look like they've just been freshly mowed.

I *think* the normal prim allowance for the houses are 800 prims, but I think that's negotiable. There are many different styles of houses to choose from (6 of them brand new by Gattz) And they are amazing! The houses are large, and the quality is top notch, ranging from 3 to 5 bedrooms. You might think wow, how can I decorate a big house like that with 800 prims? Welllll one of my favorite things about these houses is that the kitchen and bathrooms are already built in! And so realistic too!

If you don't want a big house, Gattz made the CUTEST Townhouses I'm sooo in love with! They have 3 bedrooms, 1 and half baths, kitchen, living room, and garage. The bathrooms and kitchen are also built in.

There's a gorgeous pond with a dock for fishin, paddle boats, innertubes, swimming, kayaking, and stuff. It sits right beside the cutest park and soccer field you've ever seen. A little ice cream stand sits at the corner.

They have a super realistic gas station where you can fill up with gas, get your oil changed, or go inside for an ice cream or snack! Gas prices aren't that bad either. hehe

One of the best parts is the community Church, Drive in, and Pizzaria! We went to church this morning, and had a great time. Dolly will tell you more about that in an upcoming blog.

To make it even more special, when we moved in yesterday, we were greeted with a welcome newspaper that will be delivered from time to time when there are events and such. I've talked to Jill and there are lots of exciting things planned for the future of this little community. I'm soooo excited to be a part of it, and I hope you will too! You have to see it it for yourself to realize how great it is!
